DESCRIPTION:
Due to our continued growth we have an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our technical software sales organization to assist with business development. As a Solutions Specialist, the primary responsibility is to develop new client relationships in the assigned territory while growing existing relationships at current clients. You will sell the benefits of SOLIDWORKS software, and other third party solutions. Sales activities include; prospecting, qualification of opportunities, demonstrations, executive-level presentations and the creation of effective proposals. You will work daily with personnel from DASI Solutions and SOLIDWORKS toward achieving assigned sales quotas and other monthly key performance measurements.

- Bring leading edge technology solutions to the design and manufacturing industry in a rapidly evolving market.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and revenue goals.
- Develop prospects through event-based activities, marketing campaigns, lead follow up, cold-calling, and networking.
- Manage the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed monthly forecasts.
- Maintain accurate electronic records utilizing our CRM system.
- Expand your own job knowledge & skill set through ongoing training.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 or more years of direct B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building a pipeline of opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting related activities.
- Solution-based approach to solving customer requirements
- Comfort selling at the executive and engineering levels.
- An attitude/personality others describe as self-motivated, driven, or competitive.
- Ability to navigate gate-keepers, utilize skills to overcome objections, and keep the sales process moving forward.
- Formalized / Accredited sales training a strong plus.

DESCRIPTION:

As a Support Engineer, the primary responsibility is to provide "best in class" support to all DASI Solutions customers. You will work daily with technical personnel from DASI Solutions and SOLIDWORKS to provide top notch support on all inbound inquiries, and outbound calls as directed.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Provide "best in class" technical support for SOLIDWORKS and other complimentary software.
- Provide real-time telephone and web-based support for customers.
- Update and maintain customer support database.
- Provides data and feedback on service calls. (i.e. customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Obtain support level certifications where required.
- Conducts on-site support meetings as directed by Technical Resources Manager.
- Exceeds service level objectives. (i.e. response time, trouble resolution, follow up, etc.)
- Create blogs and videos for informational and support purposes where directed.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Comprehensive knowledge of SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software (entrance exam will be provided).
- Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS Simulation, PDM a very strong plus
- 2 or 4 year Mechanical Design degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Thorough understanding of computer systems.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Disciplined approach to customer follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online applications.
- Prior support experience a strong plus.

As an Application Engineer, your primary responsibility is to work with clients, both new and existing, to explore and understand the benefits of SOLIDWORKS design software, and other accompanying software applications. The successful candidate will have a solution-based approach to solving customer requirements. Must be comfortable presenting at the both the executive level as well as the engineering level.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Perform standard and custom product demonstrations for new and existing customers.
- Perform classroom and on-site training for all aspects of SOLIDWORKS and the accompanying products.
- Conduct pre- and post-sales webinars informing users of the benefits of SOLIDWORKS, Simulation, and PDM.
- Manage small implementations for SOLIDWORKS and PDM.
- Provide comprehensive customer technical support via phone, web, and on-site.
- Expand your own job knowledge & skill set through ongoing training and personal development activities.
- Report activities and results to your manager.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or CSWP and equivalent professional experience.
- 2 or more years of direct industry experience.
- Active/working knowledge of SOLIDWORKS 3D Design Software.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and related client and web based software applications.
- 3 or more solid employment references from relevant sources.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- An attitude/personality others describe as self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
- An ability to work well in a team environment with fellow engineers, sales team, and customers.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation with the ability for overnight travel.
