Classroom training is available through DASI Solutions; please view our training schedule for registration. Our training courses are built on corporate SOLIDWORKS books and materials. Mentoring is an onsite visit from one of our Service Technicians and will address your questions regarding our software solutions.

 

Solid Setup:
  • Designed for companies new to SOLIDWORKS. A Service Tech will customize your SOLIDWORKS setup to suit your companies standards. Setup properties, Options, Bill of Materials, and Title Blocks. Delivered onsite only.

 

Software Mentoring:
  • A Service Tech will work with you on any of the SOLIDWORKS Product Suite. Can be based on a specific project or just overall questions. You can have as many attendees as you want. Available in half and full day blocks. Delivered onsite or remotely.

 

Admin Mentoring:
  • Designed as a PDM Admin refresher, or quick training for a new PDM Admin. Covers how to administer your current vault setup and maintain basic changes moving forward. Available in half or full day blocks. Delivered onsite or remotely.

 

Health Checks:
  • Designed for Subscription Service customers who regularly use the DASI HelpDesk for crashes a similar problems. We will do an onsite review of your system settings to find the root cause of issues that have yet to be resolved through our HelpDesk. Delivered onsite.

 

 

Included in your Subscription Service is Service Pack Updates as well as Technical Support that will provide you with assistance if you run into any problems with your SOLIDWORKS Software. If you would like DASI Solutions upgrade your server or products, there are multiple paid services available below.

 

PDM Standard to Pro Upgrade: 
  • We’ll backup the databases, upgrade the server components to PDM Professional and update all clients. Delivered onsite or remotely.

 

PDM Server Update:
  • We'll backup the PDM databases, upgrade the Database Server, the Archive Servers, update the Databases and create an admin image for you to deploy to the clients. Delivered remotely or onsite.

 

SOLIDWORKS Product Suite Update:
  • We'll make all proper backups, and update every software you have under active subscription, including all client machines. Delivered onsite only.

 

SOLIDWORKS What's New Presentation with Product Suite Update:
  • We'll send out two Service Techs, One will be updating all the Solidworks Product Suite, while the second tech puts on a 2-3 hour What's New presentation to maximize your downtime. Delivered onsite only.
