WHAT IS THE SOLIDWORKS ROUTING - PIPING & TUBING CLASS?
This one-day training course will introduce you to how to set up routing and how to create your own library parts. This class is broken up into pipe routes with and without elbows, and pneumatic line type routes. Both orthogonal and flexible routes are taught. Editing routes is shown, including how to copy sections of routes to become more efficient. 3D sketching basics are also shown to assist new users.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING CLASS DESIGNED FOR?
This course is designed for someone who needs to have a better understanding of setting up and using piping and tubing routing. Someone who - within the first six months - is finding it difficult to use routing without some formal training would greatly benefit from enrolling in this course.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS COURSE FROM DASI SOLUTIONS?
Learning this powerful tool on your own can be a daunting task, but help from an instructor can really speed up the learning process. Correctly setting up the tools initially is the key to making routing work smoothly and correctly. We go over some of the best practices and our lessons learned to make your routing experience much more productive and enjoyable.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COURSE COST?
Standard classroom training costs $300 per student.
*This course is part of the curriculum for the DASI Solutions Apprenticeship Program, certified by the U.S. Department of Labor.
