PolyJet Dental Materials are designed especially for digital dentistry and orthodontic applications, including stone models and aligners. These rigid, opaque materials have a natural-looking peach color and combine accurate detail visualization with high dimensional stability.

Digital Dentistry With PolyJet 3D Printing Materials

PolyJet technology empowers dental practices and labs with three specially engineered dental materials that provide amazingly fine 16-micron layer thickness to render small features in great detail.

  • VeroDent (MED670), a natural peach-tone material offering high-quality detail, strength and durability
  • VeroDentPlus (MED690), a dark beige material that creates amazingly fine features and finish, and offers excellent strength, accuracy and durability
  • VeroGlaze (MED620), an opaque material with A2 shading designed to provide the best color match in the industry. Ideal for veneer try-ins and diagnostic wax-ups, VeroGlaze is medically approved for temporary in-mouth placement, up to 24 hours.
  • The Objet260 and Objet500 Dental Selection 3D Printers offer an array of dental-specific palettes that produce models that look and feel like real teeth and gums.

In addition, Clear Bio-compatible Material (MED610) is a clear PolyJet photopolymer medically approved for temporary in-mouth placement. It works with most 3D printers based on PolyJet technology.

3D Printing With Bio-compatible Material

Bio-compatible PolyJet photopolymer (MED610) is a rigid medical rapid prototyping material. It features high dimensional stability and colorless transparency. The material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Bio-compatible material has five medical approvals including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed type hypersensitivity, irritation and USP plastic class VI. (Biological testing: Parts printed according to Objet MED610 Use and Maintenance Terms were evaluated for biocompatibility in accordance with standard DIN EN ISO 10993-1: 2009, Biological Evaluation of Medical Devices-Part 1: Evaluation and testing within a risk management process. This addresses cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed hypersensitivity, and USP plastic Class VI, which includes the test for irritation, acute systemic toxicity and implantation.)

With Rubber-like PolyJet photopolymers, you can simulate rubber with different levels of hardness, elongation and tear resistance. Gray, black, white and translucent, Rubber-like material enables you to simulate a very wide variety of finished products, from soft-grip handles to footwear. 

Simulate soft-touch coatings, nonslip surfaces, rubber surrounds or overmolding. Test and verify grips, pulls, handles, gaskets or footwear. A range of Rubber-like and Digital Materials let you zero in on exactly the elastomer properties you need.
